GenOne have been working with us since July 2023. In that time, they have transformed our facilities management processes and have enabled significant improvements to take place across all aspects. They flood the site with highly skilled professionals during school holidays, thus ensuring that work is undertaken at a time which does not impact learning. Furthermore, they have done this whilst being cost neutral and now, with remedial works caught up, the cost is lower than we had previously been carrying for limited impact on the premises. In term time they ensure that we always have sufficient staff on site to manage the day to day needs. Everyone I have dealt with in in the team have shown an understanding of the importance of education and shares our desire to do the very best, with limited resources, for our young people.
We have used KGen as our advisors to manage the procurement process for a number of our large value contracts. As a Trust with 8 Primary schools, GenOne have helped us save £56K in out outsourced cleaning and £200K in our catering.
